Dock Shelters are enclosures that seal the perimeter of the trailer to form a seal. This is accomplished
by applying pressure against the sides of the trailer with fabric curtains fitted with fiberglass stays.
A dock shelter closes the gap between the building wall and the truck by sealing the top and sides
and or back of the transport vehicle, essentially creating an entension of the warehouse.

Scalable Framework
The dock shelter is made of galvanized steel whose cross section is 60*30mm.The front and the back
frame are connected by retractable rod.It can retract when the truck is pushing and go back to origin
when the truck leaves.

The front curtain is made of 3mm thickness PVC sheet.It has double reinforced nets inside.It has
excel-lent crash resistance,flexibility and corrosion resistance performance.

3.There are self-extinguishing PVC curtains function, weight 800 g/m2,and on both sides of the dock seal has
added pleated blinds can withstand lasting wear compression;
3.Electroplated steel liner or wood preservative liner,completely fit the wall inside the door seal compression sponge filled with high density of 30KG cubic;

C. Inflatable dock shelter
1.It can cooperate with trucks of different size with good insulation effect.It is suitable for the applications
which requires strict temperature scope,long docking process duration or the cold storages.
2.It consists of 2 side inflatable PVC fabrics and 1 top inflatable PVC fabric.Air inflation should be done by air
blower 3 phase,380V.There is weight recovery unit inside that realizes opening and closing.
