Dock Shelter

Dock shelters are enclosures that seal the perimeter of the trailer to form a complete enclosure. This is achieved by applying pressure to the sides of the trailer using fabric curtains fitted with fiberglass stays.The dock shelter is designed to fill the space between the building wall and the truck, sealing the top, sides, and back of the transport vehicle to create an extension of the warehouse.

Inflatable Dock Shelter

Application Features:
It can cooperate with trucks of different size with good insulation effect.It's suitable for strict temperature scope,long docking process duration or the cold storage.

Inflatable Dock Shelter

The Inflatable Dock Shelter is installed in the cold chain logistics loading and unloading port. It is used for loading and unloading the physical port and the insulation seal between the truck.
 The Inflatable Dock Shelter is engineered to adapt to variations in truck size. It is inflatable and deflatable by a one-button switch, which is convenient and quick to use. It is essential to prevent cold air from entering a warm room or hot air from entering a cold storage unit in order to achieve energy savings. 
The inflatable door seal tightly surrounds the sides and top of the truck compartment without compromising the functionality of the compartment door. Once the loading and unloading is complete, the blower is deactivated, the airbag is rapidly discharged using the counterweight and the built-in tensioning rope, and the truck can depart from the site efficiently.

2.The door curtain is composed of two parts, both made of polyester fabric with a double-sided PVC coating. This material is distinguished by its high toughness and durability.

3.High-frequency welding technology is employed in the production of the airbag, ensuring a durable and long-lasting product that can withstand extreme conditions.

4.The airbag is kept under constant pressure by a vent at the bottom.
