The insulated industrial sectional door has a door plate made of a double-layer, hot-dipped, galvanised steel sandwich panel with a polyester surface treatment. The core material is a 42 mm thick polyurethane insulating heat preservation layer. The end face of the door body has a box-type sealing edge with connecting hinges mounted on it, allowing the door body to be embedded in the track. Top and bottom sealing strips, as well as lateral sealing strips made of spherical vinyl resin, are fixed to the width and height of the door to prevent wind, rain and infiltration.

The insulated industrial sectional door balancing system consists of torsion springs, winding wheels, rigid shafts, locking and fixing flanges, and so on. The wheels are wound with steel cables connected to the bottom of the door body via an anti-cable breakage device. Therefore, the door body can be easily lifted in a balanced state without a motor.
