High Speed Spiral Door--Product Characteristics:

1.Opening speed:

The Rigid Fast Door Turbo Guide Rail is engineered to facilitate rapid acceleration, thereby minimising noise during high-speed operation. It boasts an impressive opening speed of 800 to 1,500 mm per second, ensuring efficiency and stability. 

2.Door panel:

The product incorporates double 0.7 mm-thick aluminium plate composite moulding, with PU (polyurethane) in the middle, through the assembly line. It has a capacity of 50 kg and the total thickness of the door panel is 43 mm. The cross-section is designed as a bridge-breaking heat-insulating structure, with features including good heat preservation, light weight, high strength, impact resistance, etc. The wind-resistant grade is ≤12. 

3.Safety:

The double-turbine structure of our product is superior to the single-turbine structures used by competing companies, and has a higher safety index. The drive control uses a stable, energy-saving and accurate servo system to guarantee the reliable operation of the door body, ensuring trouble-free operation for more than 100,000 times per year.

4.Standard configuration:

The product is equipped with an emergency power supply, an infrared safety protection system, an operation button box, a contact-triggered safety bottom edge, a coaxial motor and a professional control system. (Other safety configurations are optional) 5.Aesthetics:

Multi-row hinges are fixed with special bolts, and the connection of the hinges is made by a QP-treated steel shaft matched with a PEEK sleeve. This increases the hardness of the surface of the shaft body and greatly increases the corrosion-resistant ability of the shaft, making the surface of the shaft smooth and not easily corroded, and ensuring the use of the shaft is of high strength.

The control system is a specialised system for industrial doors. The system incorporates a high-precision encoder that facilitates precise adjustment of the door's opening height. The system is convenient, safe and fast to use, and comes with a fault detection programme that provides clear fault indications. It is imperative to comply with national electrical safety standards. This innovative technology enhances protection for the motor and brake pads, with digital speed adjustment capabilities that can be tailored to suit specific requirements. The fast-stop bolts are engineered to minimise damage to various components, ensuring optimal performance and durability. 

4. Door panel:

The new bridge technology utilised in this product is characterised by a plate width of 220 mm, an effective width of 217 mm, a thickness of 43 mm across the entire plate, a polyurethane foam-filled substrate measuring 0.8 mm in thickness, and an aluminium alloy (5 series 5052H32) with a tensile strength of 238 N/m². The product has undergone cold bending moulding, and the surface has been coated with a fluorocarbon roller-applied paint measuring 250 µm in thickness. The warranty covers the product for 20 years.

5. Lifting guide:

The aluminium alloy double helix guide ensures the door runs quietly and smoothly. This product boasts strong load-bearing capacity, with no contact, no friction and no wear and tear between the door plate and the connecting parts when the door is rolled up quickly.

6. Transmission shaft:

The product incorporates a retractable spline transmission shaft, which is maintenance-free for the duration of its lifespan. 

7. Guiding structure:

The coupling shaft's surface has undergone QP treatment, while the shaft sleeve is composed of PEEK. 

8. Opening technology:

The control box, located next to the door body, is key to the operation of the door curtain, which can be lifted and lowered using the geomagnetic auto-sensing system. An optional remote control sense or Bluetooth induction control mode can be added.
